Wisdom From The World

We have to thank Mother Teresa. We adopted the form and style of a famous quote of hers and applied it to marriage. It demonstrates the attitude of a Conscious Lover. We have divided the quote in half so you can find the second half next week in the Marriage Meditation section of our website posted on Wednesday, April 8, 2015.

Your LifeMate will often be unreasonable and illogical; love your lifemate anyway.

If you affirm your LifeMate, they could become self-centered; affirm them anyway.

If you forgive your LifeMate, they may still hold a grudge; forgive them anyway!

If you support your LifeMate, they may still hold a grudge; support their dreams anyway.

If you are kind to your LifeMate, they could take you for granted; be kind anyway!

If you are kind to your LifeMate, they could take you for granted; be kind anyway!

If you are vulnerable with your LifeMate, they could use it against you; be vulnerable anyway!

Give your LifeMate your best anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God; it was never between you and your LifeMate anyway!

Wisdom From The World

“My beloved friend, let us continue to love each other since love comes from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and experiences a relationship with God. The person who refuses to love doesn’t know the first thing about God, because God is love- so you can’t know Him if you don’t love. This is how God showed His love for us: God sent His only son into the world so we might live through Him…

My dear, dear friend, if God loved us like this, we certainly ought to love each other. No one has seen God ever, but if we love one another, God dwells deeply within us, and His love becomes complete in us- perfect love.” – 1 John 4:7-9, 11-12 (The Message)

Keep Me Real, Lord!

“Lord, help me live out Conscious Love as you did, even when my mate fails to do so. In the end it’s between you and me, Lord. I want to become that kind of a person.”
