“The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed; those who help others are helped…Exploit or abuse your family, and end up with a fistful of air; common sense tells you it’s a stupid way to live.” – Proverbs 11:25,27 (The Message)

and when your mother grows old, don’t neglect her.

buy wisdom, buy education, buy insight.

wise children become proud parents.
So make your father happy!
Make your mother proud” – Proverbs 23:22-25 (The Message)

Keep Me Real Lord!

Dear Lord, help both of us, as parents, to walk with our hands in yours. As we learn from you what love is and how love acts, help us to parent our children in a way that truly helps them grow to be the man and/or woman who they were meant to be. We thank you in advance for answering our heartfelt prayer.
